Just finished up a truck last week with tow powers.
List of parts on it -
Elite Tow powers
S&B Intake
Elite twin tube intercooler pipe with cfm Spearco Intercooler
Industrial Injection 85% over pump
Ported Rails
Elite 60 nozzles
Egr delete with Tial MVR waste gate
Dustins boost harness to the dash daq to dial it in.
Spartan tuning.

The truck came to us already built by a shop that got a little in over there head. I dynod it first off and found the high pressure pump couldn't maintain. Resulting in a weak 480hp dyno pull. So we added an Industrial pump and elites airdog upgrade to the truck to maintain pressure. I also noticed using dustins harness boost from the low pressure was only 25psi. Turns out the seal between the turbos was blown losing drive to the low pressure. Once fixed the low pressure now puts out 30 psi. Resulting in a 681hp pull with a spartan 310 tune.
The tow powers spool fast and smoke is almost non existant once boost is achieved. Here are some pics of the truck.

Here is the dyno sheet comparing how it came to us and how it ended up.

Nice job and it gives me some good ideas on my build plans, plus since it has the same paint as mine now I don't have to wonder what mine would look like w/ black rims.

That graph looks identicle to mine. Same hp and torque to the tee. Good work mike.

Nice! So it was on the stock hpfp and lpfp before you got it?

It actually had an Elite pump but it had some miles on it and it didnt wanna hold up to the bigger pulse width tunes. We were going to just add the airdog upgrade to see if the lack of low pressure was the cause but we decided we didn't wanna potentially take it apart twice. Plus Elite hooked him up pretty good on the Industrial pump price so we went that route.
I also dynod the spartan 250 tune just to see how it compared to the 310. That tune still made 593hp. And makes a really nice tow tune. Egts stay below 1200 and it never smokes.

nice numbers! This is tempting me to go ahead and do an upgraded pump and 85s or MPD's equivalent when I do my build. hmm better start selling my body :p

I really like the tow power with 60s setup. It really is an all around usable setup. It's not near as glamorous as the bigger turbo setups. But it seems to be a good reliable setup that a guy could tow his camper with but still run decent times at the track with.

I really liked my tow power set up. The egt's stayed low with 60's and the other extras I did. Great driver, but you always want more.

Awesome build Mike. That's some serious power on 37's. Love the curve too. Looks similar to some curves I've seen on Dunbar's old dyno. :D

Those look to be trail grapplers and I'm pretty sure they only come in 38's for 24's, but regardless that's some really good power with this setup on such a big wheel and tire combo.

Thats impressive on that size tire, speaking from a rolling resistance standpoint. I know that prior to my turbo upgrade I could hit 1200 degrees very easy on 38s. Good build, nice power curve.
