I have a customer that wants a new tc put in his truck along with a wicked wheel. Is there any real gains from the ww ? I searched a little bit but I didn't see anything about tc's ? Its a 2013.

Suggest leaving the torque converter alone forget the WW and get an after market turbo kit with a custom tune. I wouldn't do any more unless you wanna put rods in the motor. That's my plan. Some guys are throwing duel fuelers on as well but I personally don't wanna push it that far.

Duels fuels alone can't hurt. Its the tuning that hurts it.

They start off as brand new updated units from ford. Then we take them and tig weld all the fins, fix a couple things and make them stronger. Basically they are very tough to begin with. Then they are beefed up from there. I am going to put the s500 to one here within the next month or so. It will be exciting too see what happens!
