Trans code p2704

After my little mishap at the track last night I ended up with a P2704 code in the trans and It won't go past 2nd (maybe 3rd) gear. It's a "friction element E" code which I believe is for the low/reverse clutches? Could it just be a solenoid or did I probably break the low/reverse hub?
