Trans oil change

What is everyone doing for transmission oil change intervals? Ford says life time oil, but I call b.s. On that. I got a 60000 is now. And what oil sticking with ford oil or some synthetic oils?

I would do it at 50k if your a over achiever or 100k if not. It needs to be changed. I dont care what they say.

The manual that came with my truck says 150k miles. I did just a fluid/filter change at 75k miles with what ever fluid the manual said to use. And then I'll flush it at 150k miles.
