I have a 2012, 175k miles. I have always had firm shifts from my TT tuner but lately it is really bad, like being rear ended or the driveshaft flying though the bottom of the truck bad. I removed the trans tune, reduced low boos fueling, and moved down to level 2 from level 4 and the sound/feel is less but still not normal. I have searched for trans mounts with no luck, do these have one? I haven't crawled under to check because of rain but I did check the carrier bearing which was a little loose but the rubber was in tact. Any suggestions?

I went online to get the part number and couldn't find it. No auto parts store shows a part number either. I was under the truck a few days ago putting in a drop bracket for the center support which is how I know the condition it is in.
