truck randomly ran rough/missing

A few hundred miles ago i had cruise set at about 50 and all the sudden the truck went down on power are started running extremely rough, like it was down a cylinder or two. Pulled over shut it off, started back up and it has been fine since. Any ideas? No codes either

Had you just done anything like fuel filters, or fueledup or anything?

Fuel filters changed 5k ago, fresh oil change.. I checked the water separator... nothing lol. Guess I wont worry about it, scared the crap out of me though. Hasn't done it since, probably drove 2-300 miles since then
