turbo wheel and cover help

So I just bought a s475 with a bad comp wheel and a 2.6 cover for my obs, my question is are the billet wheels worth the extra coin over a cast stocker? and also where can I buy a 3.0 race cover??

Also when I get my new comp wheel will I have to have the entire setup balanced??

I didn balance mine after the billet wheel. With my 2.6 cover i love the billet wheel but i dont think i can spin it hard enough w the 3.0 cover to get any benifit. I am actually gonna put my cast charger back on after my 2.6 pulls are over to run the 3.0 cover with.
