Turn signal wires colors/location under dash

Ok i have a 2003 f250 6.0 and was adding additional lights. Just need to tap into the turn signal wires under the dash and can't seem to find them. I did see one connector white with a bolt tried testing them but don't think it is there.

Would also like to locate the brake wire too but that should be easier. I say that now and watch it will be tougher lol.

Any help would be appreciated.

On page 90-1 / 90-2 of the wiring diagram book it says:

LG/WH=light green/white for the LH turn signal. LG with white stripe.

WH/LB=white/light blue for the Rh turn signal. WH with light blue stripe

It's a 2005 Ford manual so I hope there isn't a difference.
