How long does it take to change the valves? Does anyone offer aftermarket valves? I have a very early build 1 & no warranty so I am curious.

You will really need to do a valve job if changing the valves. We are doing a set of heads now with oversized aftermarket valves.

Our truck is an early build and has 90K miles on it without issue.

Pretty sure this was an isolated issue to cab and chassis trucks.

We had a early build 2011 with over 100k with valve failure. Every exhaust valve was cracked, 1 broke apart. So I know 1st hand it evolved cab and box trucks too.

Yeah. If I keep my truck long term, something like oversized aftermarket valves could be an option. Any idea of price range?

I cannot even begin to describe how many 6.7L cab and chassis I know of that have had two 3 and some 4 engines. It's unreal and embarrassing. Once again Ford built a TURD. I LIKE MINE tho.... lol.
