Vibration in rear driveline

Hey guys, when I'm cruising at about 40-50 mph if I let off the throttle to about a quarter throttle I feel a vibration. The rear driveline has a lot of rotational play. And I just put new u joints in it. Do you think it could be the pinion bearing? Any help would rock btw it is on a reg cab long box

Mine did the same thing. Turned out to be pinion bearing.

Did you have any play in the pinion yoke?
