Vibration @ low RPM (750 rmp)

When I am at 750 rpm there is a vibration/rattle from beneath the cab. This only happens when I am in park,drive, or reverse. It makes no noise when at 750 rpm in neutral. My guess is it would have something to do with the torque converter. Other than that the truck runs/sounds smooth in drive at all other rpm's. Any thoughts?

I have the same thing lol. but I dont have any soot on the firewall.. Mine has to be exhaust related because I removed my turbo about 6 mths ago and it went away and then came back. Its a vibration on the firewall and only does it once the truck is cold, well more so when its cold...
