water in filter switch replacement 2010 SD

If you are running a stock LP fuel pump, and you have a WIF dash CEL, and drain your filter, only to have the CEL come back every time, your switch is either jacked, or you have sludge in your pump/filter/lever. I bought the kit, and never installed it... LOL Sat in my glove box for 9-10 months...
