Weak HPOP?

In my srl tune my scan gauge 2 only shows around 1900psi at WOT but on my 8k tow tune from gearhead it will show around 3900psi. I haven't done the updated stc, dummy plug, or stand pipes yet. Running stock injectors and the truck has 150k miles. I'm thinking weak HPOP, what do y'all think?

Have you monitored icp voltage?

No the scan gauge will only read PSI I believe.

See if you can get a mechanical gauge on it?
