IMO you shouldn't do this because you could take advantage of the better flowing exhaust runners and delay the exhaust opening and convert more energy into driving the crankshaft instead of driving the turbo all other things being equal. Why do you think a 6 liter relies on a VGT turbo to make boost down low? The engineers did exactly what i'm talking about with lengthening the power stroke by holding off the exhaust opening as long as possible for maximum efficiency. [/QUOTE]
