Curious to know what this is? I have smoke or something coming out of it.

It's just in front of the FICM

Crankcase ventilation. The smoke is oil vapor.

Crank case vent. It originally goes into the intake but people reroute them to avoid oil in the intercooler and oily boots etc. Some smoke (oil vapor) is perfectly normal

Ahh thanks guys.... I though CCV was something on the other side

On the other Valve Cover is the ICP Sensor.
