Was cleaning my air filter today and noticed this plug down behind the filter housing. Did a little research and found out 2005 models came with either an air temp sensor or MAF. I think it said early 05 had the temp sensors while later had MAF. Anyways, you can see my temp sensor above this plug. The one in question is below it. What the heck is this one for? Is it MAF plug that's just wired into the harness from the factory on all 05's? Or should that be plugged up somewhere? I can't believe I never noticed it when I had it torn down for oil cooler replacement last year.

It's imposable to beat the filtering capabilities and change interval of the OEM Donaldson

it flows fine for whats reported up to 500 hp

it's easy to find an aftermarket that doesn't filter and can "dust" a motor

I'll leave it at that

Well, it came with the truck when I bought it. I have always kept the stock filter on 6.0's. If this one had been stock when I bought the truck, it would still be stock.
