I weighed my F450 today at 6018kg, or 13240lb, with welder and tools and put on 369 miles for an average of 11.74mpg. Thats with 4.30 gears and Zf6. What is your curb weight and fuel economy?

I estimate over 7k on my CCLB 6" lift rolling 35's while getting 14-16MPG daily and 18-ish HWY.

I have been getting 330+ daily with 1/2 tank left on 38gal OEM tank. I can hit 400+ on the HWY with 1/2 tank left.

Not a 6.0, but my 08 tips the scales at 8310 without me in it, and a half tank of fuel. So:

8310 truck
260 me
120 other half tank of fuel
130 three dogs
130 wife
8950 total, without any luggage.

I am typically in the 16-17mpg range in city, and 20-23 on the highway dependent on weather.

My 07 weighs in at 7700lb, with me in it. I get roughly 16dd an 19hwy... It really depends on where my foot is mostly on the floor lol

What's done to your truck?

The usual engine/tune mods

My truck has been an anomaly since I got it.

I used to bang down 17mpg stone stock. 3.73 gears, 18" steel wheels.

It now has factory aluminum 20's on it.

Key things: service the brakes make sure the pads aren't dragging.

Make sure tire pressures are correct, axle levels are correct, parking brake isn't dragging.

Run the highest hp tune you got as well.

And make sure air filter is clean.

And A/C on or off doesn't matter. I turn the air conditioning on about march, and shut it off about October lol.

i have no idea what my dually weighs. I would assume around 9500 lbs, took it to Ohio last week and averaged 21.8 hand calculated with 4.10 gears

My 05 CC 2wd dually averages 16.5-17 with normal every day driving. I hand calculate every tank. Has been as high as 18 on several occasions, but since the injectors got weak, it's been down. No idea what the truck weighs, but I'll take that kind of mileage any day from a truck that big.

Also - the 35" tires probably aren't helping you a whole lot, either.

I drove a customer's 2011 for two days that was tuned/deleted but had 35"
Tires and...3.55 sprockets I THINK, can't remember exactly but it was less my 3.73's and I was NOT impressed at all with the mileage, on the lie o meter or on paper.

7k? I think you're about 1500lbs light, empty.

I have a cc/sb and it was 8500 sitting on the.scale.by itself.
