What to look for when buying a used 6.7?

Hello all, I'm finally looking to get out of my 200k mile 6.0 and upgrade to.the 6.7. I have done some searching online to no avail and was wondering if there are any tell tell signs on the 6.7 like the 6.0 has. I am currently looking at a 2012 lariat with 50k on it.

In all seriousness, these trucks are awesome. I had minor issues with mine but all before 50k, so you should be okay. You're going to love it!
