They take the same water pump, same hpop res gasket, same pickup tube, everything. Unless you're doing it just because or have a specific reason, I wouldn't mess with it. As for torque specs, I've got a list of them somewhere for the 7.3. Cory over on FTE posted them a couple of years ago and I saved them somewhere. I'll see if I can find the leak.
