Mine is a 11/03
I've only delt with egr replacement.
F350 4 dr long bed FX4. Automatic
Recent exhaust, bully dog, and blue spring up grade. Oil cooler is the next on my list. Want to do remote mount cooler.

Mine was a Feb built 03. Never had a oil cooler issue, my issues were head gaskets, and a lifter going out. When I redid my motor I changed everything. Went to a 04.5 newer branch tube, to run the new oil rails but still using a 03 pump from diesel site. So I got the best of all worlds so far no issue minus 10yr old sensors starting to go out lol

Mine is a 11/03. Issues I've had are head gaskets (I created that tho), It currently needs an oil cooler EOT-ECT is way too much after driving on the highway for awhile (45 degrees). I have a new oil cooler, just need to get the time to install it and studs. My drive distance to work is 7.5 miles so it never gets a chance to get hot and I have avoided driving it very far until I get it swapped. The truck has 155k on it now and oasis stated that ford covered an oil cooler under warranty 12/09 at 109k miles. The only other small issue I've had was the ebp sensor and connector when I first got the truck due to them getting wet and corroded from no rubber insulator on the connector. Oh and I noticed yesterday afternoon the pinion seal is leaking now.

No issues that were not caused by an idiot oil change shop or drag racing. And still the drag racing has caused less damage.

current one is 09/05 build, no issues at all and has 102k.

last one was a 08/05 build, replaced turbo under warrenty at 27k, i bought it with 129k on it. At 138k i smoked the fuel pump, at 142k i did the oil cooler and egr delete. At 145k the ficm got replaced because it kept giving me a random CEL for it but never had symptoms of hard start. At 159k i blew a 3 inch crack in the air charge tube at 32 psi LOL. And at 163k i finally smoked the headgaskets. Truck was tuned at 133k btw.
