Which Fuelab regulator?

So I won a drawing from Fuelab and get a regulator and gauge! I am stoked because I never win anything. So which one would be the best application for me?
99 7.3 with 180/30's and a D66 I have a regulated return and an Airdog 2 for fuel. I plan on going bigger with injectors and turbo so the Air dog will probably be replace with a bigger pump.

I get to choose between the following

The winner can choose from the following regulator models: 515, 525, 535, 545, or 555 and in any color he or she chooses.

It looks like I don't need the 535, 545, they are lightweight. The 555 I don't think will do much for me either so I guess I am between the 515 and 525 series

You will need a 51502 and whatever color you choose.
