I have fuel Hostages now but im not real impressed with them, the chrome is falling off & they are already pitted in less then 1000 miles of summer driving. I bough them when they just came out pd over $2300 for em they suck!

Does any body else make a sweet wheel thats 20 x 14 chrome for my Orange truck??

If youre interested idea be interested in yours but check with fuel first I think they have a warranty covering that issue. But id be interested in them too if the price was right.

Yeah thats the problem with mass produced chrome plating, I'd stick with painted/powder coated or polished it was me. But other than MHT there is Weld Racing , American Force and XD that I know of. Moto Metal may be doing some soon too from what I have seen.

And almost half as much as the americans. But I have never heard a bad thing about americans and they look a lot better than the diesels in my eyes. My next wheels will be from american force.

I'm having the same issue with my Hostages. I have 3500 miles on them and are stating to pit. The truck is only used on weekends and never driven in the rain. Wheels ae wiped down every Sunday after being used. I went to the shop I bought them from this weekend and MHT said they do not cover pitting. Chrome peeling off in sheets will be coverd, but not any type of pits. I also had this problem with XD Diesels on my previous truck. If they continue to get worse I will have them powder coated. Not sure I want a black wheel, but will not have pitted wheels on my truck.

You could always get them blasted and professionally chromed, most mass produced chrome sucks to be honest. Some just nickle and the chrome plate them and skip copper plating them all together, some don't do enough prep work either. But I'd say a professional chrome job would do the trick, maybe even more than one layer.
