My son rolled my truck over on its driver side and it sat like that for about an hour until the wrecker got there. now the truck will start but wont stay running very long. I Thought it might be air in fuel line but I have started over and over. fuel bowl has fuel and pressure. can feel fuel pump running. I'm starting to scratch my head. Any ideas? Tach shows rpm when the engine is running so I think cps is ok

What year?
I think the SD'S have the fuel pump inertia switch.

Good point.

OP, have you attempted to scan for codes?

Not sure how bad the rollover was, but the IDM is in the drivers side fender. It may be damaged as well.

Found the problem not enough oil. I didn't see any oil that had leaked out anywhere so I didn't think about checking it but one thread said sounds like oil pressure so once I checked it I realized the problem. thanks for your responces. ive been driving trucks and working on them since 94 and this makes me feel pretty stupid
