I am in need of a 7.3 long block that was running when it came out of the truck. I would like for the motor to have 150xxx miles or less.

Why 97 up if you only want a long block?
The engines are the same except for a $0.39 freeze plug.
I have a 140k 7.3 in excellent shape with no blowby. Long block only $800

We have a 95 block with 150,000 miles on it. Was running when taken out of truck. Long block only 500$

I would like to have one that is a 97 or higher just cause some things were a little bit different before then. But thanks anyways

So far I do not think he is going to take it. I have not gotten any pm's about it. We do not really need to sale it. Just sitting in the shop we took the injectors, turbo and stuff off of it.

Curious to what's behind this statement, to turn away a $500 dollar engine? Heck if Vader hadn't spoken for it, I'd grab it just to have. Nice deal.

The 97 motors have a larger oil pan and the motor is thicker plus the pickup tube is in a different place. These reason I want a 97 motor. I know they are small changes but I am picky and in no hurry to buy one

I am thinking about going in a new direction. I am now looking for any running 7.3l long block from 97 to 03. the connecting rods do not matter because I am thinking about building a motor.
