I'm helping a buddy switch his Obs to the new style turbo setup and I could use a superduty drivers side exhaust manifold. Let me know if anyone has one.
Thanks

I should only need the manifold. He just bought a super duty and that truck is going to donate all of its parts to the OBS and the superduty is getting a Irate S468 kit. I would like to get a used manifold if at all possible.

Question for the greenhorn, when swapping to SD turbo are the intakes on the head needed? Or is that when installing an IC?

well sir, there are a few things to know here. on the early 99 trucks, they had the same size intake plenums as the obs plenums, and had smaller turbos, then, the 99.5 and up 7.3's has 3 inch plenums and larger turbos. so, you can find an e99 spyder, and use it on the stock obs plenums. or, if you have a 99.5 and up turbo, you will have to swap the bigger 3" plenums and find a 3" spyder.

So it's more beneficial to do the swap with 99.5 parts gotcha! Thanks!

Just my luck my buddies spare parts laying around are E99. LoL With 2 motors laying around though he may have the larger intakes, and I have another friend who has parts laying around. They are gonna love this Dodge boy digging through they're parts piles. LoL
