Well good news everyone I figured out the problem and fixed it. The ebp(exhaust back pressure) sensor went bad and when they go bad they can ground out the pedal. Put a new ebp sensor and has pedal now and runs great.

My truck does a lot better on the street then you would think. All in the tuning if you want the 350/100s 75mm on the street. If you know how to control your right foot As well. The injectors that are in it now are actually 350/150 hybrids with 7mm plungers so i can't speak on how those do on...
Glad you had good results on the dyno. I would just keep an eye on not only for fuel knocking but also lifting the injectors. Nice set up i made my own fuel system as well and I made it a lot cheaper then what i could buy it for. Mine is different as well. Mine is sump water/fuel separater...
The aeromotive a1000 is a great fuel pump it is also what i run as well but you run 70 psi that's a lot does that thing fuel not and how are you running your fuel lines.
