Guys, I will put a price on this when i get a minute. I am only interested in selling as a bundle. I have no use for the 6.4 performance parts if I buy a 6.7 (Ford or Dodge). I don't plan to tune the new truck so that i can use the warranty (only reason i'm selling the Mini Maxx)- wahoos

Viton Washers
I was told by the dealer the viton coated steel washers replace all the copper washers. -

After completing a head gasket and injector job one on the bajo bolts on the HPFP leaked. I used the new viton coated steel washer throughout. Torqued to 18 ft-lbs. Should i lubricated the new washers when i replace? Is it common for new washers to fail? -

Need a Torque Spec !
i was just curious if they are pressed together b/c of the brillo looking gasket. I assume they press together and the hold down cleats bolt the assembly to the pedastal and thats it. How about the torque spec for the bolts that install the alternator bracket to the engine? My manual doesn't... -

Are they pressed together? Looks like the bolts go into threaded holes to crush a brilo pad looking gasket. -

I broke the oil separator drain tube that runs from the oil filler neck to the bottom of the engine. Does anyone have a part number for this item? 6.4 Powerstroke. :shrug: -

Clutch fan removal
I believe its a 43mm wrench. I went to the local Autozone and got a loaner 5pc. fan clutch wrench set. I took it back and bought a set just like it from another store b/c it came with a lifetime warranty. Cost me $60. -

How do my compression numbers look for a 130K mile engine? What is considered healthy or normal compression? Without knowing where the fuel is leaking if i replace the HPFP, Injectors and tubing it gonna be over 3K. I will still need heads cleaned up, gaskets, studs, rockers and all the misc...
