    First hook in the 6.4

What where you trying to gain by strapping the front down? After taking another look at the video I think the lack of front suspension too low of air pressure & coming out as aggressive as you did lead to you bouncing. And if you watch close the drivers side back tire quits spinning towards the...

    First hook in the 6.4

:whs: Getting the front end lower may help but, strapping it is not the way to do it.

Can I run 20% soy diesel in a stock 6.4

My local fuel station has a pump with B20 (soy) and it's only .02 more than the regular diesel. I've read on here that at a 2% blend the lubrication properties are great. You also can't buy much of any good brand name fuel treatments for .02 a gallon. So for .02 extra I was going to try a tank...

Picts & opinions on dual exhaust systems

Just got a 6.4 and will soon be looking to do some mods to it. One of the first things will be a DPF & CAT delete along with a full exhaust. I am going to go with a dual exhaust that exits one from each side because that is the look that I like. I also want to go with SS so it will survive the...

I am wanting to paint the vent portion of the front fender emblems & would like to know is there a special tool or way to easily get them off without damaging the fender or the paint??? Do you have to take the whole thing off or can the vent portion be taken off without taking the whole emblem...

    CCV idea.. will it work?

You better look at the photos again. You can clearly see the frame in the background & the hose has to run towards the motor, so the cut on the theaded pipe is NOT installed the same as the web site diagram. Not trying to pick Wayne's work apart just stating what I noticed. I am glad he posted...

    CCV idea.. will it work?

I wouldn't think you need any suction (vacuum) on a diesel. Most of the high performance gas motors that are pulling a vacuum are doing it because it makes more horsepower. I have my 6.0 vented into a bottle so that the CCV hose doesn't drip on the floor and at an idle I was supprised how much...

    CCV idea.. will it work?

Here is a possible option. Summit and Jegs both carry this stuff. Wouldn't need the valve cover breathers but could use the checkvalve and pipe. Would do 2 trucks. Also see the instructions on how the install it on a gas motor with headers. From looking at the pictures from Wayne's CCV I would...
