05 wheels on 2000 spacer question ???

putting 05 wheels on a 2000 truck, I know that the offset is different on them but what is the correct size spacer needed so they will look correct on the truck ?

i think the correct is 1.25" but in order to put that small of a spacer on you have to either swap the studs for shorter ones or cut them. I put some 05 wheels on a 03 last week with 2" spacers and i think they look better then the factory offset, they are perfectly flush with the body now.

2 inch spacers look perfect. I've been running 2'' spacers on my last 2 trucks and I love the look and havnt had a bit of trouble. I can post pics if you want.

These are U.S. Alcoa 6061t6 billet aluminum, Lifetime warrantee, hub-centric and wheel-centric The spacers are roughly 3-5 times stronger than the Ford cast 20" wheels .

2" spacers will work without needing to cut off your existing wheel studs



We can get you 1.25-1.5" spacers but you will have to trim the studs shorter. But the back space with then be 4.5" and the rim will set like factory.
