I'm looking for an upgraded pinion yoke to fit the long spline 10.25 Ford axle, takes a 1410 series ujoint and uses ubolts. I can find them that use straps but my personal preference is ubolts.

The only one I've found is a Nitro Gear & Axle part # YOKF100605-UB. Has anyone had experience with Nitro pinion yokes?

Another option is to buy the Ford yoke, plug the bolt holes and mill out new ones for the ubolts. The hole pattern is narrower for the ubolts so it's not like more material is being removed further out on the ears. I can handle the machine work no problem.

Cost between the Nitro and Ford part are almost even.

Are there any other options out there?

my choice would be a flange and do away with the yoke.
do the 10.25 and 10.5 share pinion spline size?

Splines are the same all the way up to 2011? When they came out with the e-locker they upgraded the pinion spline.

I'd get the flat flange and a complete SD drive shaft. That way u have the matching flange to go on the T-case.

You have a 4407 or a 1356 t-case

07 - 10 use 35 splines and 11+ use 37 splines while 06 on down have 31 splines. 93 was the year Ford changed to the long spline.
