2000 250 budget leveling kit

this is my first post on here so, hi everyone. but ive got a 00' 250 7.3 4x4 and im not exactly made of money right now, but i need to level my truck soon because my 285s i have now are on their last leg and i want to level it before i get new tires so i can get 35's. ive been looking all over and a good leaf kit is expensive and it doesnt lift the front enough. the rear sits 4" higher than the front and all the kits i can seem to finde are between 2 and 3" i found a block that was 3" but what concerns me about these is that they dont have anything to bring the track bar back into the factory geometry.

so my question here is, what is the cheapest way to bring up the front of my truck about 4" and keep factory geometry? i also need shocks all 4 of my shocks are just gone.
