Hey guys. Finally got my Dad's F350 home with me. I LOVE this truck! I REALLY want to level it out and get some bigger tires under it. However I'm kind of curious as to whether the front springs are shot or not..? And I want to find out as it will help me decide as to which route to take to level it. The front sits ~4.5" lower than the rear (measured from ground to top of fender well front and back). Here are a few pictures:

Overall stance:

Thoughts?

They look fine to me. Take measurements from top of tire to edge of wheel well or center of hub to edge of wheel well and see what you come up with.

Also what is the exact measurement of the rear blocks themselves?

I personally like hanger kits. They actually help make the ride a smoother. Mini spring packs are the same price roughly but can stiffen the ride some from what I have heard. There are other springs but im do not think they will level the truck.

I can tell you that the rear needs to be 1in higher than the front to look level

The front sits exactly as my dually did but you have taller blocks than my 2in blocks. You have 4in blocks but measure around 3-5/8 or so.

I thought mine were wore out and bought new springs, there was no difference and I have 200k on my truck.

Thanks for the input. I thought for sure they were worn. Kinda weird to me that its normal for them to be flat as opposed to arched. I will have to measure the rear block and let you know. I thought I read that the F350s had a 3" rear block. So I assumed it was 3"
The main pro to using mini spring packs seems to be not needing to get new shocks since with the spring packs the shock mount is raised along with the rest of the spring. Are new shocks required when doing hanger kits?

Sounds good. Maybe by then others will comment on leveling options, but I can assure you that the suspension itself is fine.
Im just curious what the actual block measurement is. Your main thing to find out is wheel well clearance over the tires. This will let you know how much you really need to lift the truck to look level
Good looking truck btw!

Mainah!
Sorry to hear about your father.

Looks like mine before I leveled it. I had flat worn out U-Codes (4,800lbs) and replaced them with X-Codes (6,000lb plow springs) which lifted the front 2", and I also added a 2" mini-spring pack which added another 2". That plus an adjustable track bar made me within 1" of level in the front. (Rear still higher.) Add the 35" tires and the front end is now 6" taller and the rear 2" taller. LOVE the stance compared to stock.

That's exactly what I'm looking for! Thanks! I was looking into the X codes but just wasn't sure what combo of parts I needed to get where I want. Your truck has the stance I want!
