Will 22x12 on 33s clean on a stock 2001 f350 or will I need level?

depends on offset, but a leveling kit won't keep them from hitting the leaf springs

That's why I want the 12 wides which are -44 offset I have 2015 6.7 rims on it now and they rub real bad on leafs don't wanna run spacers so I was just gonna get new rims and tires

Do you have a spacer? To get correct offset on the 2015 wheel on the early truck, you need a 2" spacer. I run the 08-10 wheel with a 34" tire with just the fender liner pulled back and bumper spaced forward. Suspension is stock.

with the 12" wheel and -44, you will get very close (if not rub) the spring and the outside edge of tire in wheel well.
