89 F350 front sway bar

is it gonna kill me to take the front sway bar off for maybe a few days till i get new bushings??

the front end of my truck is so stuff with only 5 leafs(don't know if that's a lot or not) and rides rough as ever , so will driving around hurt anything?? iv been driving around with my rear one off for years but wonder about the front

No. It's not ideal and you may experience a lot of body roll, understeer, etc., I'd say drive careful and get it back on when you get the bushings

it needs new bushings and am sure its the reason i keep hearing noises from the front end , just need to make sure i can still drive with it off
