bump steer??

[89 Stroker]

was out on some trailers in the desert yesterday and was hanging out the window looking at the tires and when id hit a bump or rock the tire would wobble?? now i was going about 2 miles an hour, is this normal?

how to fix this?

If you don't have a steering stabilizer I would start with that if you do have one maybe time to upgrade to dual stabilizers
