Im wanting a top of the line suspension for one of my trucks im going to do some fun things with and ive been all over the place looking at kit and I narrowed it down to a Carli.

Now I really like the coil over kit with the King shocks

But is it that much better than the one with the Bilstein 7100s?

I was set on the one with the kings untill I saw this video and noticed it has the bilsteins on it

Truck is going to be doing off roading and going to sand dunes as well as I just want a good ride on our rough roads.

Im fairly certain all of the trucks in the video are running Carli valved 2.5 inch bodied King shocks.

yeah thats what I noticed. I was wondering if the coil overs are worth the money. I was dead set on them till I noticed that video. That Red 2011 is impressive.

That truck in the video has the 2.5 king pintop shocks with the carli coils. They aren't bilsteins. That's actually Sage Carli 's truck.

I'm not sure if the OUO 4.5 inch lift is available but it looked like an awesome kit on the kuwait truck.

Kuwait truck had an amazing setup. Would love to run that. My pocket book... Not so much.

As for the carli vs. others I'm in the same boat. Between an icon or carli kit

2 VERY reputable companies have told me go icon. But the last few icon trucks I've ridden in we're kinda stiff. After talking to icon they said the valving can be changed one time for free if I want it softer.

Carli does have a good reputation in the dunes though.

A buddy of mine runs carli on his cummins and it rides great. For just a mini leaf pack in the rear and coils up front with crappy shocks i was quite impressed with it in the dunes.
Carli would get my vote.

Looks like RBP 93R wheels. I had a set on my Toyota. My allen head bolts started rusting a year and a half in. Called them up and had a set of new allen heads 2 days later no questions asked. Also, my Toyota was a mud truck 3-4 nights a week. Mine were exact opposite of these, chrome with black inserts. The chrome never scratched or even seen the first pit mark after 3 years

I'm really looking at the pintop 2.5 (since I'm only going with a leveling kit)

But I've also thought of going icon 2.5 piggy and than adding the rear leaf pack

^this saves a bunch of cash

Agreed, that is what really makes me ant the 4.5" lift as carli has some amazing travel in their kits.

Just not sure how tall I want to go again as mine will be a street queen unlike yours lol
