Can I make my 06 dana 60 a 8 on 6.5?
If not, anyone know how wide the 05+ 60 is vs a older king pin 60?

Yes you can.
You need to machine the hubs to 8x6.5 and use larger diameter wheel studs.
You'll also need to either machine the rotors to this same pattern, or modify the caliper bracket to use a 8x6.5 rotor.
