Dually tire rotation

Does anybody do it? If so, how is it different from a SRW truck?

I did it when I had a dually.. The problem is if you don't dismount the tires, you wind up with scratched rims at the hub from bolting them together.. If you leave them on the rim, you put the driverside front on the passenger rear, passenger front to the driverside rear.. I never swapped the inside dual but if you do you go front to rear on the same side..

Take the front tires, move straight back to rear outside. Move rear outside to the inside. Move rear inside to the opposite front side. Done.
