Thinking about doing a dually conversion on my 01 F250 4WD. The look is about the only reason why. I found a company that makes really nice front spacers and rear adapters, and can have them to my door for about $750. The main issue I have is that I just put 4 315/75/16 tires on the truck. I assume I would have to run a spacer between the wheels to make them fit? Not sure how that would work having rear adapters and spacers on it. I rarely tow real heavy (GVW 25-30k) mostly in the 15-20k range. Thoughts?

I actually just found your dually build thread. You just put a spacer on the front? And are I assume you're running a spacer on the rear as well?

I actually changed my mind and bought a new dually.

But yes I had a complete dually axle I was going to run with the factory dually spacers up front. I was going to run 22's but with your setup a 2.5" spacer will suffice and give plenty of clearance between the tires.
