How to ID 16.5" wheels

I just had an obs shipped to me and there are 4 aftermarket wheels and one tire in the bed. The one tire is deflated on one wheel and it is a 16.5" tire. How can I tell for sure that they are actually 16.5" wheels. I read something about the bead surface, but don't know what to look for. The outside diameter is 17.5"

The factory 16" steel wheels also measure the same outside diameter, that is why I am asking the question. Thanks.

Give me an hour or so. I'll put a tape on mine. IIRC they were 17.5" to the outside of the lips.

There should be a sticker on the inside of the wheels, all of mine did.

I do know what that means, thanks. Took another look at them a little more closely, and saw 165x975 stamped in. So guessing that is 16.5 x 9.75.

Can anyone ID this wheel. Want to sell them.

You can get a set of 37's that fit those wheels for $100 each! Thats what I am running now. Hard to sell them otherwise.

On second look, I have a set of Type 64's that are 16.5. Only differance is the size of the holes. You have the type 64's.
