installing new box and pitman arm

Just a double check,I'm installing a new box and pitman arm.
I have to install and torque the pitman off the truck.so I'm going to throw it in a vice.my.logic says to clamp the pitman in the vice,torque to 395lbs
am I missing anything

Yea that should be it. I've had the nuts back off and cause the truck to drift all over the place, so now I have a habit of cleaning the threads real good and put a few dabs of loctite on them to prevent that from happening.
