Hi All,
When I am towing my RV and get to about 2200 RPMs (60 mph) the trouble light comes on. When I am working through a town and traffic lights the light resets and will not come on until I am cruising again. Town and highway on relatively flat terrain. 2002 F-350 Super Duty. RV GVWR=3484.
I was unable to read the code with my ODB2 reader could not get the code while I was driving so it was not help. Any idea what can be throwing the code?

Is it tuned? A lot of times these will throw the check engine light for over boost or wastegate performance if the boost is sustained above a certain pressure for a set amount of time, I don’t remember what the set pressure and time are, but typically I’ve seen it throw at over 25 psi for over about 5 seconds, fairly easy to achieve with a heavy load behind it. It will typically turn the light off after a minute or so of not seeing the issue again. However, if at any time you breech the parameters again, the countdown restarts.

Its definitely recommended to get a bluetooth obd adapter and forscan for reading PIDs and troubleshooting these trucks. Its cheap and very effective. Do some searching on this site and you'll find plenty of info on it.

Thanks to all for replying. I have a much better scanner but requires connecting to my old lap top. So not real good for waiting while driving. As to the question about being tuned, the answer is no.
I'll do the research and get a more portable scanner.
