Lockout Hubs 2005 ESOF

I have a bad lockout on one side the bearing is coming apart inside. Is ford OEM the only option for these or is there something aftermarket. It is the AUTO/LOCK style hub for an 05 F250.

Pretty sure it's a ford only item. My buddy has a broken one and couldn't find one anywhere else
