MyKey issue

I was screwing around yesterday and setting up one of the keys...I guess I set it for the radio to not play when driving.
No problem...I'll just reset it.
Problem. Follow the directions for the Type 2 display and where it should scroll to Clear All it does nothing. Just stays on the screen that says 1 MyKeys and won't do anything else. Luckily I have the other key with me so I have a radio with that one but how in the hell do I clear the original?

insert the other key(not the mykey) and go back to settings and clear all mykeys... i did the same thing and it was jacked up.. records every single time you move the truck without your seatbelt on, speed limiters, no radio on. theres others..

yeah I would recommend not doing anything with the my key...

I tried the other key too...still nada.

wtf.. is the other key saying its setup with my key too or is it still a admin key? dash should tell you that you have 1 my key and 1 admin key.. must have changed the way the keys work from my 12 to yours... it should tell you in the owners manual. if not, it can only be reset by FORD/IDS...
