Need help with wheel Backspacing and offset

I'm putting a set of 20x10 wheels on my 2002 the wheels have a -14 offset with 4 and 7/8 backspacing does anyone think they will rub way to much ? The tires are 33x12.50.. A little rubbing I'm not worried about but I don't want it to cause problems the truck is stock hight.. Thanks for any help

Does the truck have a leveling kit or anything like that cause my truck has 20x12 with a -44 offset and with a little trimming and the leveling kit mine don't rub

No its stock height didn't really want to do any of that unless I really had to.. A little trimming is OK with me though..
