I'd like to get the measurements myself but no time right now. What i'm doing is taking the 7.3/ZF-6/t-case/axles out of a 99 F-250 CCSB, and putting it all in my 97 F-250 ECSB. I have both driveshafts from the 99, and the rear shaft from the 97 which had a 5 speed in it. I've talked to some guys that have done SD axle swaps on their OBS and it sounds like the engine and axles are mounted roughly identical between the chassis.

So would it be feasible to think that i can use the stock front shaft off this 99, and then get a rear shaft thats the correct length for a 99 ECSB and it'd all work good?

The SD front shaft will work, that's what I use on my 95 ZF6 with a D60. For the rear I went from a auto to the ZF6 so lengths will be different but I had the front portion of the shaft shortened about 1" and a 1410 yoke installed. The simplest thing is to put your shaft up against the output on the SD transfercase once it's bolted up and measure the distance from the center of the hole on the shaft to the center of the hole on the output.

I don't know if the entire SD rear shaft will work but at a minimum you will have to adapt the 1410 yoke on the shaft to the 1350 on the axle. You can do it with a hard to find crossover ujoint, replace the yoke on the shaft or the pinion.
