Sway bar end links for 05 with 4.5" of lift

Anyone here offer any extended sway bar end links for the 05-07 trucks with 4.5" of lift. Only two I can find are Carli or Top Gun Customz. Would rather buy from someone on here. Let me know. Need a set asap!
