tires and wheel help!

So I'm new here and I've been reading forums and everything for awhile and still haven't found my answers yet. I have a 99 2wd f250 7.3. Currently sitting stock but Im getting ready to make my leveling kit and hopefully within a week it will be leveled. I want to run 20x14 -76 offset fuel rims and 33s either 12.5s or 13.5s without any rubbing. Is this possible without any trimming?

No, they will rub with just a leveling kit on a 2wd

But with a 4 inch lift I should be fine correct
