Window regulators different between 7.3/6.0?

Is there a difference between 99 and 04ish window regulators? Swapping doors on my 99 with a rust free set off a 2004/2005 model, doors fit but I had noticed the harness is different, the 99 window motor fits fine inside the new door, the motors were different but the same bolt holes. I just want to make sure before I button things up that the gear is the same? Will my 99 window motor fit and work with a 05 regulator?

I think the regulators were the same, but the door locks were different.

Just verified part numbers on rock auto. Window regulators are the same.
