Jeep build/resto

So my good friend and business partner brought his Jeep into the Dunn Works shop for some TLC. He has been rolling on 35's, I forget what gear it is in the back. After a few years of beating on it just about every day delivering pizza with it, and taking it out to Moab a few times, she was a bit shaky and clunky. So in it went for a update/modified lift kit to tighten it back up.
It was found that the chassis was just about rotted out as well as a few known problem spots on the body. So in one shot to Ohio and back we came back with:

After a bunch of work at the shop it was time to paint the chassis (this photo is before paint, I didn't get a post paint shot):

Then we let setup the "zero gravity" spray room:

Tonight was Al's Liner application. Nice product, but they're full of **** on their coverage claims. The jeep tub took 2 gallons.

That is what I found out. I used 2 gallons to do a super duty short bed.

The owner of this jeep said that as soon as this jeep is all re-assembled he is going to start his search for a 4BT. Says he cant wait any longer.
